Theatre of Widdershins was formed in 1993 by ex-costume designer and maker (film, TV and theatre) Andy Lawrence after realising that he had made one ridiculous costume for Little & Large too many. In 1995, after forming a partnership with his wife, Penny (an environmentalist with a flair for all things administrative and a keen eye for stage direction) Widdershins really started to take shape.
